Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and assist pharmacist for patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Delivery of medications
*Available to driving around(Pharmacy vehicle will be provided)
-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
-Demonstrated ability to organize assigned workload and set priorities.
-Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts, including patients and residents.
-Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience:
Must have a valid LPN license
Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
