Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and agile Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our restaurant’s dining experience. Duties
Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a team-oriented and motivated work environment
Develop and refine menu offerings, incorporating creative dishes that delight guests while maintaining consistency and quality
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety
Train staff on proper food handling techniques, cooking methods, and customer service expectations




Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a strong understanding of culinary techniques
Demonstrated food service experience within the restaurant industry, including kitchen management roles
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling ingredients and maintaining hygiene
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and quality
