Our shop services and repairs all sizes of tires—from passenger vehicles and light trucks to commercial, agricultural, and industrial equipment. We also provide complete automotive repair and maintenance services.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the tire and auto repair shop.
Manage and support technicians and service staff.
Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders.
Maintain inventory of tires, parts, and shop supplies.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Assist with hiring, training, and employee development.
Help grow the business through strong customer relationships and efficient operations.

Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience in an automotive or tire shop.
Strong knowledge of tire installation, repair, balancing, alignments,



and automotive repair.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with shop management software is an asset.
