We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food service, or the kitchen workplace. This position involves interacting with customers, handling transactions, and providing excellent guest services.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Provide information about menu items and upsell additional products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
Experience in hospitality, food service, or the food industry is preferred
Solid guest service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus
Ability to upsell products to enhance customer experience

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
