Qualifications/Skills:




Completed high school diploma or higher.
Possess superior multitasking abilities.
Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required.
Robust listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work workplace.
Must be punctual and committed to work schedules.
Ability to positively influence others.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a time-pressured environment
