Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and upsell products to enhance sales
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
