Job Title: LMIA Application Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in preparing and managing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review LMIA applications and supporting documents.
Assist with employer registration, recruitment requirements and document collection.
Monitor application deadlines and follow up on submitted files.
Maintain accurate and confidential client and employer records.
Communicate professionally with employers and employees.
Assist with other immigration-related applications, where permitted and required.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the LMIA application process.
Previous experience handling LMIA applications is required.
Knowledge and experience with other Canadian immigration applications will be considered an asset.




Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangement:
Full time or part time opportunities are available.
The position may be performed from our office or remotely from your residence or both.
Compensation may be provided as a fixed hourly wage or on a per-file basis, depending on the agreed working arrangement and the candidate’s experience.
