The Brake Operator is responsible for CNC braking/forming, and PEM insertion with helping the laser operator as well.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in a fabrication environment
General knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance

Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders to determine which tasks are done and which ones still need to be completed
Read and interpret drawings and work orders to determine important information critical to the task being performed (such as material, quantity, specific instructions, etc.)
Set up and operate CNC brake presses and rollers.
Set up, operate, and/or tend machines, such as shears, saws, drills, to cut, bend, roll, and drill.
Transport raw materials and finished metal products by manually moving parts around the shop either by hand, cart, or forklift
Clean work area
Clean or lubricate equipment and replace parts as required
Troubleshoot and perform corrective action or minor repairs
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete

The role is located in a shop setting where physical maneuverability is a must
