Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food delivery, and attentive hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering processes, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant efficiency.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
Experience in serving or cashiering roles that demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy.
Previous restaurant experience in the food industry that showcases your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
