Project Coordinator
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on significant actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Carefully reviewing and examining data and documents such as analysis reports.
Collecting and gathering the information that will be used to produce project estimates
Coming up with correct and accurate cost information that is required for construction projects
Completing full take-offs of quantities for Divisions 1 to 16.
Planning and organizing, and estimating work assignments, as well as other tasks as required
Visiting project sites, and attending pre-bid meetings
