About the Role:

NorthCo Services is an Ottawa-based renovation company that holds a higher standard - for the work we put our name on, for how we treat clients, and for how we treat each other. We're growing rapid, we're a tight-knit crew that takes the craft seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and right now we're building out our siding teams!

We're looking for a Cladding Installer with experience, drive, and serious attention to detail. If you take pride in clean lines and quality craftsmanship, and you want to work with a crew that actually cares, this is your shot.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Install exterior siding (James Hardie, vinyl, aluminum) with a focus on clean, qualified results
Handle soffits, fascia, and eavestrough installation with accuracy
Follow safety procedures while working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and company equipment
Communicate clearly with clients and Crew Chiefs
Help maintain team morale and support overall productivity

What We’re Looking For:




3+ years of experience in residential siding installation
Valid Working at Heights certification
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and putting in a full day’s work
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
Leadership mindset - motivated to improve and grow with the team (we want to invest in you and help grow your career as we expand)
