This is an entry-level, boots-on-the-ground role where you show up, work hard, and contribute to a crew that gets things done. What You'll Be Doing Every Day
Hands-On Site Work
Lift, carry, and move materials (up to 30 lbs regularly; heavier with team lifting)
Load and unload vehicles — trucks, trailers, and equipment — safely and efficiently
Dig, backfill, and grade as needed for site preparation and utility work
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision




Assist equipment operators and skilled trades with material handling and site support
Site Maintenance & Groundskeeping
Mow grass, trim vegetation, and maintain site appearance
Transparent debris, maintain work areas, and keep job sites organized and secure
Assist with site clean-up at the end of each shift — leave the site better than you found it

What You Bring

Must-Have
High school diploma or GED
Physical fitness — you're on your feet and moving all day, outdoors, in all weather
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Willingness to work in a physical environment with dirt, dust, noise, and temperature extremes
Basic English communication skills — you can understand instructions and speak up about safety
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
