We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of building materials and hardware, a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for promoting our products and assisting customers with their needs and estimating/calculating amount of product required.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product offerings.
Responsible for the ordering and receiving of various hardline product categories

Skills




Robust customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
Retail sales experience is beneficial for understanding the sales workplace.
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
A proactive attitude towards learning about recent products and industry trends.
