Kidco Construction is currently seeking a qualified and safety-oriented Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HET) to join our growing team of Field Mechanics.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Certified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) with 5+ years of experience repairing heavy construction equipment.
You have field experience repairing heavy-duty earthmoving equipment, like dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, packers, rock trucks, scrapers, and skid-steers, with brands like CAT, Komatsu, and John Deere.
Experience with CAT SIS, CAT ET, John Deere Service Advisor
You are legally allowed to work in Canada.
You possess a valid Class 5 license with air endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract.
You have your own vehicle.

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 10 - 12 hours/day
Saturday: 8 - 10 hours/day
Sundays and long weekends off

$45 - $60 based on experience
Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week
Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque
