Duties
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
Develop and execute strategic plans to target potential clients and markets
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet company objectives
Manage ongoing customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Support the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a B2B environment
Robust negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Experience in project management and strategic planning
Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Ability to build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills
Prior experience in customer relationship management is highly desirable
Business development experience combined with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities is preferred
