We are seeking 1 individual to join our team as a store manager. If you excel at customer service, are reliable and able to handle the responsibilities of a manager position, we would love to hear from you!

Work duties include:

*Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection

*Demonstrating knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction

*Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and retail floor

*Performing all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately

*Tracking returns and submit daily inventory logs

*Employee scheduling-ensure your sales staff is right for our team and make 4week schedules monthly

*You must be willing and able to cover no-show shifts and work if your having problems with sales staff

*Must be orderly, keep all paperwork in a clean and organized manner for mailing.





*Keep the business secured. View security footage when necessary and on days off make sure the shop is being opened by your sales staff at the correct time. Ensure the alarm is being set every night.

*Merchandising, it will be your responsibility to keep the shop clean, not cluttered and have merchandising of shelves and displays top notch. Prefer to have someone with experience in merchandising
