The Park School is seeking a passionate coach to oversee the Girl’s Varsity Basketball team. This position requires solid coaching experience and an in-depth knowledge of basketball fundamentals. You will inspire athletes and ensure their development on and off the court while maintaining the school's commitment to honesty, respect, kindness, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct daily basketball training sessions
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for the team
• Act as a mentor to student-athletes




• Emphasize both sportsmanship and academic achievement
• Assist the Athletic Director with fundraising activities

Requirements:
• Coaching success at high school or collegiate level
• Solid understanding of basketball strategies and rules
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• CPR/First Aid certification a must
• Adhere to coaching certification requirements
