The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager, managing full cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will also handle payroll administration, support performance management, and maintain essential employee records, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job postings and candidate sourcing for recruitment
• Conduct interviews and assist with reference checks
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition




• Administer payroll and manage employee advantages inquiries
• Help respond to HR-related employee questions and needs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary HR diploma or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant HR experience at minimum
• Familiarity with policy development and HRIS
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong written communication to support documentation
