Become a Clinical Director at NFI Massachusetts and enhance clinical services for youth in need. This role focuses on the Milestones Program in Wilmington, MA, providing therapeutic support.

Your primary responsibility will be overseeing clinical programming and supervising program clinicians. Collaborate with teams on treatment planning for youth facing emotional disturbances and behavioral challenges. This position requires experience with crisis management and the ability to conduct assessments while ensuring compliance with all regulations relevant to clinical records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee clinical programming initiatives
• Directly supervise and support program clinicians
• Assess current client referrals and conduct evaluations
• Collaborate on treatment plans with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to funding compliance regulations

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Must hold an independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with adolescents and families
• Strong ability in communication and organization
