Become an IT Field Engineer with Apollo Technology, a dynamic company based in Radstock. This full-time role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for schools and small businesses in a 30-mile radius.
As a full-time IT Field Engineer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining clients' hardware, software, and networks. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and communicating with third parties as necessary. You will work both independently and collaboratively, enhancing your skills while contributing to our team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and provide solutions
• Maintain servers and IT hardware with team support
• Liaise with third parties and suppliers as needed
• Provide user support via various communication channels
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar IT role
• Full clean driver's license required
• Proficient in Windows Server 2008-2019 and all Office versions
• Knowledgeable in SQL Databases, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Veeam Backup and Networking Management
