Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and enhance the quality of the fitness prescription appointments
• Maintain coaching standards through regular programming audits

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in performance coaching or fitness management
• 3+ years of leadership experience in coaching teams
• Experience with high-value client management in luxury settings
• Strong understanding of financial performance indicators
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certifications required
