Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Performance Testers to join our team at CIBC on an urgent basis. The ideal candidates will possess strong hands-on experience in performance testing, particularly with LoadRunner and NeoLoad. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to define the technical foundation, establish governance frameworks, and mentor a growing design system team.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies.
Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to assess application performance.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in performance testing.
Drive adoption strategies for performance testing within the organization.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and lifecycle.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
