In your role as a Senior Recreation Aide, you'll assess, plan, and implement recreational activities tailored to residents' preferences. Collaboration is key as you work with the Recreation Manager to facilitate a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation. You'll also evaluate the effectiveness of programs to enhance resident connection and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan resident-centered leisure activities
• Coordinate community outings and special events
• Maintain accurate records of resident involvement
• Foster relationships with residents and their families
• Assist in meal service and daily routines

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or similar
• Previous work with seniors in community settings
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Current and valid Vulnerable Sector Check
