In this adaptable volunteer role, you’ll lead a Local Chapter and mobilize your community to support women and gender-diverse individuals facing homelessness. Your responsibilities include orchestrating gift drives, fostering volunteer engagement, and educating others on homelessness issues. This role is designed for passionate leaders eager to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and execute community gift drives
• Recruit and manage local volunteers effectively
• Cultivate awareness of homelessness in the community
• Work with shelters and agencies for gift distribution
• Promote The Shoebox Project's initiatives locally

Requirements:
• Must be 23 or older with a valid driver's license
• Access to a car and clean driving record
• Own a laptop with internet capabilities
• Experience in event planning or fundraising
