Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bank deposits and process incoming payments
• Apply payments for PAC and Direct Bill accounts
• Address inquiries from brokers and clients




• Conduct follow-up on returned payments (NSF)
• Support account reconciliation activities

Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
• Relevant education in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
