In this specialized role reporting to the CFAO, you'll utilize your accounting and IFRS knowledge to aid in the creation of critical analyses and documentation. Your contributions will be essential for aligning the finance and accounting team with IFRS practices, minimizing the transition risks involved in this process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed financial statement support schedules
• Conduct technical accounting analyses as needed
• Provide documentation for IFRS compliance
• Collaborate directly with auditors on compliance checks
• Train staff on accounting standards and practices
Requirements:
• Chartered Skilled Accountant (CPA) designation required
• At least 7 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRS
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
