Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee capitalization processes for assets under construction
• Handle full asset lifecycle management




• Calculate critical financial metrics from Capex projects
• Generate financial reports for finance and operations leaders
• Facilitate monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years relevant finance experience
• CPA or CFA preferred
• Experienced with financial systems like SAP or IFS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
