This senior role encompasses advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, and achieving strategic people outcomes. Your expertise will help shape a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities served by E-Comm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of business objectives and challenges
• Collaborate to implement strategic people solutions
• Lead HR initiatives aligned with departmental priorities




• Guide leaders on performance management and development
• Foster robust relationships with union representatives and employees

Requirements:
• 7+ years of senior HR experience, preferably in unions
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources
• Experience as an HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and legislation
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
