In this senior role, you will be instrumental in providing technical leadership and mentoring fellow team members while managing the RCN DMOC systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide vital DMOC operator services and support
• Assist in the execution of FST exercises as needed
• Collaborate with NTDCA for technical training applications

Requirements:
• Technical Diploma in Information Technology required
• At least 10 years of IT technician experience
• 4 years’ focus on Computer/Network systems
• Proficient in managing WAN and LAN environments
• Must meet criteria for mandatory security clearance
