Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the plastic or polyurethane forming industry. This role involves assisting in the production, finishing, and assembly of architectural products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the manufacturing, pressing, molding, and finishing of foam and plastic materials.

· Operate press machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

· Prepare molds, pour and handle polyurethane foam, and assist in forming processes.

· Inspect products for quality and accuracy according to company standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

· Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.





· Support team members and supervisors with various production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.

· Experience in foam or polyurethane forming is a strong asset.

· Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
