About the Role

Williams Pharmalogistics is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our operations in Calgary. This role prioritizes forklift operation, warehouse support, and occasional driving responsibilities within a rapid-paced temperature-controlled logistics environment.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday AM Shift

Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Load, unload, sort, and stage freight
Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled shipments
Complete vehicle inspections, delivery scans, and compliance documentation
Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations
Maintain strong communication with dispatch, customers, and team members
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and Hours of Service regulations
Complete local deliveries, pickups, and trailer movements when needed

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of driving, delivery, or warehouse experience
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical work
Solid communication and organizational skills




Professional attitude and customer service focus
Geographic knowledge of Kelowna and surrounding areas is an asset
Must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes
