Core Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted license(s) in valuable standing with the applicable provincial/territorial College of Physicians and Surgeons
- CPSA Telemedicine Register (Alberta)
CPSBC registration (BC)
CPSO registration (Ontario)
Licensed in multiple provinces/territories preferred
Active prescriptive authority as authorized by your provincial/territorial College, including controlled substances where applicable
