Care Group of Pharmacies is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pharmacie Limoges Guardian Pharmacy!

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with care and efficiency
Process prescription refills and enter recent prescriptions with accuracy
Manage incoming faxes and maintain organized records
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, pharmacist direction, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements

What You Bring:
Bilingual – fluent in both French and English




Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate language barriers while demonstrating genuine care
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Setting & Conditions:
Manual dexterity required
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
A mix of sitting, standing, bending, and walking
Repetitive tasks with occasional weekend and overtime shifts
