D&H; Tenthouse is looking for an experienced and dependable 5-Ton Truck Driver to join our team.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a 5-ton truck while assisting with the transportation and delivery of tents, event equipment, and related materials to various job sites.
*This job is 6 months on, 6 months off.
We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of qualified truck driving experience
Valid driver’s licence appropriate for operating a 5-ton truck
Clean and responsible driving record
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Able to safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment
Comfortable with physical work and assisting with event equipment when required
Skilled and courteous when dealing with customers and job-site teams
Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings when needed
Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain the assigned 5-ton truck
Transport tents, event equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely
Assist with loading and unloading equipment
Complete vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance concerns
Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
Represent D&H; Tenthouse professionally at customer locations
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
