Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels,
and communicate supply needs to management.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately.
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.
Experience in serving or food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
