Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
Assess client health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
Use appropriate techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments as needed
Keep detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress




Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the relevant regulatory body
Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and listen attentively to client concerns
Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse clients
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary

Pay: $38.78-$100.92 per hour
