Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and personable Barista to join our opening team. You’ll be the face of our café — crafting specialty drinks, connecting with customers, and delivering exceptional service in a quick-paced but warm workplace.
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty matcha/teas, and seasonal beverages
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests
Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
Operate POS system, handle transactions accurately
Assist in opening/closing procedures
Stay informed about our pastry offerings and provide pairing suggestions
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of café or hospitality experience preferred
Passion for coffee, tea, and pastries
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of latte art, alternative milks, and specialty drinks is a plus
