Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, interests, and employment history to identify suitable job prospects
Develop personalized employment plans that align with clients’ career aspirations and strengths
Recruit potential employers by establishing and maintaining robust relationships through outreach and networking
Assist clients in preparing resumes, practicing interview techniques, and developing essential job-search skills
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employability




Support clients through the interview process, providing guidance and feedback to improve success rates
Track progress of clients post-placement, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting any challenges that arise

Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting, teaching, or training roles with a focus on workforce development or employment services
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate strengths and areas for growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and employers alike
Ability to develop innovative training programs tailored to diverse client needs
Knowledge of labor market trends, employer needs, and community resources is highly desirable
Demonstrated commitment to empowering individuals through education, coaching, and support
