Handyperson or Facility Maintenance work to include minor carpentry, minor demolition, general landscaping and pick-up and delivery work.
Duties
Must be able to pull and manipulate a utility trailer
Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
Report equipment issues as they arise
Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines
Maintain valuable work habits and be punctual
Must have basic carpentry skills and basic tools
Must have positive communication skills
Must be able to work in various conditions, positions, including but not limited to, bending, standing, kneeling for periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be familiar with the use of a gas-powered chainsaw and wood chipper
Must be able to work throughout the Niagara Region and beyond
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's licence
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
