Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Crew Member to join our agile team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Serve customers efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Handle food safely, adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales




Assist with food presentation and portion control as needed
Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed
