Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Assist with inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands




Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards for all menu items

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
