Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the maintenance of Bell aircraft (206/407/205/212), with hands-on experience using various tools. Duties
Conduct detailed analysis of mechanical and electrical systems, including avionics and power systems.
Perform assembly, installation, and maintenance of aircraft parts utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other necessary tools.
Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and schematics to facilitate precise assembly and repairs.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft or related equipment.
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely during component installation or maintenance procedures.
Maintain detailed records of work performed
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
Bell 206/205/407/212 Type rating/endorsement (at least 1)
Proven experience in mechanical knowledge and avionics systems.
Strong electrical experience combined with mechanical expertise.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, calipers, and schematics for assembly and maintenance tasks.
Experience with maintenance procedures and mechanic work related to aircraft or heavy machinery.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during assembly or repair operations.
Familiarity with aviation schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints.
Prior experience working with avionics systems is highly desirable.
