Overview
We are hiring bartender/server for the Laughing Buddha - this is a hybrid role. We are happy to train for the right candidate. Experience with POS system is highly valuable, must have Ontario Smart Serve.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service, a welcoming workplace and protected place for guests to enjoy their experience.
Operate Avrio POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels throughout shifts
some heavy lifting
Ensure responsible serving by adhering to alcohol service laws and regulations
Serve tables food and beverages
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting preferred
The ideal candidate has cocktail,



wine and beer knowledge or an eagerness to learn.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Knowledge of POS systems
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service laws
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality

Pay: $17.75 per hour
