Product Advisor – White Rock Hyundai

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Advisor who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles.

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
Conduct professional, protected test drives
Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends





What We’re Looking For:
Automotive sales experience is an asset
Valid Provincial Sales License (VSA or equivalent)
Robust communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
Commitment to exceptional customer care and continuous learning
