Reporting to the Project Manager, The Project Coordinator will assist with managing all aspects of project management including but not limited to the following tasks:

Project document control: help Create/ manage project docs, drawings, Shop Drawings, QA/QC reports, NCR’s< RFI’s, schedules, and Change Order requests, and process management of documents within our dropbox, Procore, and smartsheet systems.

Project cost controls: Assist PM with Tracking/ managing Change orders, Progress payment invoices, overall Project costs & Deliverables. Assist PM with Bid tender evaluations and summaries, contractor qualification and selection/ award process.

Project planning & Execution: Assist the PM with Planning and project details related to MOB/ DEMOB to site, Plan/ Select/ manage site resources both direct and indirect hires, Subs, and gen trade contractors. Create/ manage/ update project schedules/ budgets/ and prepare meeting minutes and progress reports as per the required project frequency. Interface with project proponents, stake holders, and on site teams as needed.



Assist with project closeout responsibilities including operation & maintenance manuals, collection of as-builts, OEM binders, and coordinating final inspections and deficiency closeouts as required.

Skills required/ Asset: The candidate should be well versed with Construction Project management and have a fairly high degree of technical knowledge of most trades and able to work with limited supervision as a function of that experience. Expert knowledge of Electrical/ Mechanical/ HVAC/ and BMS Control systems would be an asset. Excellent computer skills, note taking, Meting minuting, action logs, Quality control systems and processes (ITP’s, SWP’s, etc.) are also skills we are looking for in the potential candidate.

Estimating would be a solid asset.
