Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food prep areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to support smooth service flow
Support the front-of-house team by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs professionally
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or equipment issues
Uphold sanitation standards through regular cleaning of workstations, floors, and dining areas
Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cleaning and maintaining cleanliness standards in a hospitality setting
