We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our dental laboratory team. Duties
Fabricate dental partials, bridges, dentures, and other restorations based on detailed prescriptions and specifications.
Utilize CAD (3 shape or exocad) software to design dental components with precision.
Prepare and finish dental appliances, ensuring proper fit, function, and aesthetics.
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to interpret laboratory requests and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used in accordance with laboratory standards.
Operate laboratory equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient workflow.
Experience
Previous laboratory experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred.
Familiarity with CAD software used in dental design is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry enhances communication with clinical staff.
Experience with dental assisting or working within a dental office environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential skills for success in this role.
