Builders For Generations is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Sales Representatives, representing leading organizations through in-person marketing and customer engagement campaigns.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll develop valuable experience in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership. No previous sales experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, daily coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
Represent our partner organizations through in-person marketing campaigns
Engage directly with customers in residential communities and high-traffic locations
Build relationships and deliver a professional customer experience
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in daily training and coaching
Apply feedback to continuously improve performance

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and growth mindset
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Intermediate spoken English
Available to work on-site, 24–40 hours per week
