Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Service Team Member to join our agile restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, cashiering, and restaurant operations, with a robust focus on food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist with food delivery to tables or take-out orders as needed
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation regulations




Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as CLOVER
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles is advantageous
Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods and multitask effectively
