We are seeking a skilled and energetic Senior Technician with knowledge of Mechancial Systems, (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Environmental hygiene and maintenance of complex HVAC systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality and energy efficiency, are achieved and safety standards are maintained. Duties
Maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ventilation systems and process systems.
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Inspect & Report on mechanical components of HVAC equipment, including belts, filters, motors, and compressors to ensure efficient operation.
Diagnose appliance malfunctions and execute repairs to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with construction teams during recent installations or upgrades involving HVAC infrastructure.
Lead, support and train other technicians.
Requirements
Proven experience as a mechanic or technician with a strong background in HVAC systems or maintenance and repair.
Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately.
Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades is advantageous.
Knowledge of safety standards related to HVAC work environments and proper use of tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
Relevant experience in HVAC technology or Mechanical Systems in related fields are acceptable.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
